The principal of JC Associates has over 39 years of experience as a private investigator & enquiry agent. He holds the following qualifications: Certificate in Insurance (claims) Chartered Insurance Institute; Level-2 Certificate in Vocational Paralegal Studies (Distinction) City & Guilds /ILEX; Level-3 Diploma in Vocational Paralegal Studies, (Distinction) Employment Law, City & Guilds/ILEX; Diploma in Security Management (NCFE) NVQ 5 equivalent. A full member of W.A.P.I. (World Association of Professional Investigators) & registered as a Data Controller as per the Data Protection Act.

• Tracing debtors  
  We have a high success rate in locating debtors. Our enquiries are always discreet, and we can usually trace the debtor without alerting them. 
  
  
• Insurance investigation 
  We investigate claims for personal injury, motor claims, property damage, and theft of property. Our investigative services are offered to the plaintiff and the defendant.

• Employer's liability
  When an employee is claiming personal injury, we validate the claim. When there are reasons to suspect that a claim is fraudulent, we will carry out discreet surveillance on the claimant to confirm their alleged injury is genuine, exaggerated, or a complete fabrication.
  
  If an employer is facing litigation from an employee claiming unfair dismissal, we investigate and provide evidence in support of the employer's position in the matter. Over the years, we have had numerous successes in preventing employers from becoming the victims of vexatious claims made against them.

• Commercial and business matters
  Many problems can arise within the commercial sectors of business. We investigate theft of money, stock and materials. When employees are on extended sick leave from work, we can discreetly validate their claim that they are unfit for work by carrying out discreet surveillance.
  
  Where it is suspected that an employee is involved in actions that might bring a business into disrepute, we will investigate and provide evidence in support of any potential dismissal proceedings that an employer might wish to consider.

• Family matters
  Our experienced personnel possess the skill and tact to handle sensitive and confidential instructions relating to family matters. In the financial discovery element of divorce proceedings, where one party fails to declare all their assets, we can investigate the circumstances and provide evidence to the contrary.
