Corporate Theft and Fraud - We employ the use of state-of-the-art monitoring equipment and professional investigative techniques in the fight against theft/fraud by the employee in the workplace. J C Associates will prepare a report based on the acquired evidence, and present the report at any subsequent Criminal or Civil hearing. Where employees are suspected of breaching employment contracts, evidence can be acquired for the purposes of supporting employee dismissal, or disciplinary procedures, and presented at any subsequent Employment Tribunal.
Employer's Liability - Employers and their insurers are always vulnerable to fraudulent claims being made against them. J C Associates can investigate the validity of any claim, and where a claim is found to be genuine, confirm the seriousness of the claim to ensure that injury or loss is not being exaggerated. As a result of investigation, J C Associates can often provide evidence to reject a claim, or evidence to form the basis of negotiating a reduction in the liability of the employer and insurer.
Personal Injury - Insurance companies have long recognised the cost effectiveness of utilizing the skills of investigators in assessing the validity of personal injury claims. Where a personal injury claim does appear to be genuine, a skilled investigator can record photographic and video evidence for the purposes of assessing the severity of the injury. The acquired evidence is often used where a claimant exaggerates their claim for the purposes of monetary gain. When a claim is found to be fraudulent, J C Associates will provide a full surveillance report, and present the evidence before any subsequent court hearing.
Surveillence - J C Associates has a team of expert surveillance operatives. Surveillance is carried out covertly, and is not intrusive to the subject. Photographic/video evidence is gathered and presented in a “Court Format” report for litigation purposes, where required.
