Liability: We determine
liability on the basis of thorough investigation. We liaise with the Police Investigating Officer, and provide a
detailed report in support of liability.
Indemnity: We will establish the identity of the
driver at the time of accident, and ensure that the driver was on cover. We will check a driver's entitlement to drive
any such vehicle involved in a Road Traffic Collision.
Litigation: Our Paralegals are experienced in carrying out negotiations
with Solicitors. We can negotiate settlement of loss, and the amount of compensatory award payable for Personal Injury.
Detailed Locus reports & Sketches are prepared
in support of a full Accident Report. Witness Statements are recorded, and Interview Reports supplied.

Assessors used by JC Associates have many years of experience in presenting their reports in court.
